I had a problem storing three tablesaw sleds that seemed to be in the way a lot more often than I needed to use them. There was no space on the walls and they are too big for a cabinet. Then, I realized the ceiling was pretty empty, so I located a ceiling joist and installed some 14 " hanger bolts (headless bolts with wood-screw threads on one end and bolt threads on the other). With a single hole in each sled, I can quickly mount them to the ceiling, as shown.
