Store Your Router Pad with Ease

To keep my router pad ready when I need it (and out of the way when I don't), I built the simple system shown at top.

A 1" dowel attached to the loose end provides just enough weight to keep the pad taut as it hangs over the front of the bench. When I'm done, I simply roll the router pad around the dowel and hang it on the wall brackets.
