No-hook hangers for perforated hardboard

Tool hooks seem to come off perforated hardboard as easily as the tools they hold, so I came up with a different solution. I epoxied ¹⁄₂ " rare-earth magnets to the heads of #10x1⁄2" flathead screws. These thread easily by hand into typical ¹⁄₈ " perforated-hardboard holes. I use them to hold chisels, screwdrivers, squares, files, and wrenches.
