My last project, an entertainment center, had a part that was difficult to clamp due to its depth. None of my woodworking clamps had enough reach. So, I turned to my deep-jaw locking pliers. The jaws' 11" reach, with the aid of a clamping caul, distributed the pressure perfectly.
