Mess-free full-sheet sanding

Sometimes it's easier to move a small workpiece against a stationary sheet of sandpaper than to hold the workpiece and move the abrasive. But adhering sandpaper to a flat surface and removing it can be a messy hassle. With this holder, you quickly clamp and unclamp a full sheet of sandpaper using the three screws on each end clamp. I hold this sanding block down to the bench surface with a pair of fence clamps (rockler.com); bench dogs would also work.
