A better way to butter your biscuit slot

I like biscuit joinery; it's simple, fast, and helps align pieces during a glue-up. That said, spreading glue evenly inside a biscuit slot can be a pain. So I made this simple spreader by cutting one end of a scrap of ¹⁄₈ "-thick hardboard to match the profile of a biscuit. Simply apply the glue, and you're biscuit-ready.
