woodworking technique shop tip

A turntable allows you to stand in one spot and move the work into range. From 34 " plywood, cut pieces measuring 24x24" and 15x15". Fasten a 6″ ball-bearing heavy-duty lazy Susan fixture to the bottom of the larger piece. Then, fasten this assembly to the smaller piece. Add a 2x4x15" cleat to the center to secure the turntable in a vise.
