Zyliss Portable Bench Vise

This vise can expand to any size you need hold objects that others will not. Does not mar the wood when holding it. You can set it flat to the bench or with it's jaws up right clamp any board and hold it you have. No its is not a fixed vise that is non-movable and uses the bench to provide the other half of the clamp It clamps everything to itself.
