Good Tape but Not as Good as Claimed

Review Summary

Painter's tape is probably one of our most overlooked items. I use this for most applications, however, it is unreliable when it comes to making sharp edges. It does remove easy from projects cleanly and leaves no residue. As with most masking tapes if the surfaces are not clean it will not adhere.

A Must for taping newly painted surfaces

Review Summary

This seems to do pretty well when taping over newly painted, but dry surfaces, It doesn't always come off as easily as I would like it to, as sometimes it will come off in pieces. It is by far better than the regular masking tape though. For clean sharp paint lines, try this trick. After taping, paint the edges of the tape the same color as the area that's taped. Then after it's dry come back and paint the area not taped the color you want.
The first coat will seep under any parts of the tape that aren't sealed, thus allowing the second coat( Which is the clor you want)to have a nice sharp line.
