Description

Just like the G0690 Tablesaw in every other way, this saw also features a 50" rip capacity – more than enough to rip to the center of a standard sheet of plywood. The extension table features adjustable legs, square steel tubing frame and dimensionally stable top. True riving knife moves up, down, and tilts with blade. Short riving knife is included. Tall splitter/riving knife that the blade guard mounts to is included as well.

WOOD magazine review

Value-priced cabinet saw performs admirably

Review Summary

High Points: ↑ One of the best saws for swapping the blade guard and riving knife thanks to a quick-release that’s accessible through an opening in the throat plate. It comes with a separate riving knife. ↑ Its rip fence was one of the easiest to adjust. Low Points: ↓ The plastic rip-fence scale proved inaccurate, coming up 1/64" short every 12".
(Grizzly’s Bill Crofutt said future models will have a different, metal scale.) ↓ With no blade shroud or sloped cabinet bottom, dust collection proved only fair. More Points: → The miter gauge features width adjusters on the bar, but they’re difficult to use. → It comes with a power cord, but no plug.

Best value I could find, and I looked.

Review Summary

It's a great saw. I agree that dust collection is not the best and the miter gauge isn't useful, but the saw is smooth, flat and stays where you set it.
