Good portable tablesaw at half the price of Bosch

Review Summary

I bought this tablesaw more than a year ago to have at jobsites in Utah and Arizona where I was remodeling two houses for my partner. When she fell and broke a hip in April 2014, the saw languished in my workshop where my Delta contractor's saw got most of the use. This past June, we finally made it to Arizona and started work on one of the houses. The saw performed flawlessly on several rip cuts of 1-1/2 inch shelving for her sewing room.
I actually like the 5000 RPM direct drive motor -- it cuts fast and accurately. The rip fence, while not nearly as large or heavy as the Biesemeyer fence on my Delta, is very accurate and locks down securely. There are places on the saw to store all of the accesories that come with it plus an extra blade or two. Some of these storage methods are a little hokey (the saw guard and push stick fell off in transit in my trailer.) Two of the features I really like about this saw are the rear support extension and the right side table extension which allows 24-inch rip cuts. For extra long cuts I use an external roller support and a 1/2 inch wide rip fence extension. Setup and take-down of the saw is very simple: just squeeze the red release lever and step on the foot pedal and it folds right up for easy transport or storage. The dust collection port worked well when I used the saw in my home shop. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the 2-1/2" vacuum hose for my shop vac to Arizona, so I have not been able to use this feature here. While not as heavy or as sturdy as my Delta, this saw performs well and is much more portable than many of the other saws I looked at before purchasing this saw.
