Good Saw

Review Summary

I've only had the saw a short time so I can't comment on how it holds up but my first impressions are very good. It seems to be a sturdy well made tool and with a lifetime warranty. It was $40.00 cheaper than the Skill.

Not light but still worth it

Review Summary

I'm a professional builder and I've had this saw for 5 years. While it is not light (I'm 5'-5" 150 lbs) and does require some technique to get it into position without straining yourself it has never let me down and powers through rip cuts even in very wet pressure treated lumber. It's the only saw I use anymore. The only negative I have is that the power cord stiffener at the base of the saw broke off the first day of use.

Great Saw

Review Summary

Bought it when I was cutting multiple layers of flooring in a remodel. Standard circular saw could not handle it. Matter of fact, today the B&D circular saw died in use on PT lumber and burned up. Guess I need a new better quality one. The worm drive ridgid took over and never looked back.
