Uses resharpenable knives

Review Summary

When we tested nine planers in 2006, this model ranked second lowest in cost. It left deep snipe on boards, so much so that it will have to be cut off rather than sanded away. This model does not have self-indexing disposable knives, so it took longer to change these two knives than even three knives on other planers. A dust hood is a $16 option.
