Description

Gently, yet firmly, hold glass in place. Retainer's special design holds glass in place but still has the flexibility to stop glass from breaking. Excellent for use with curved glass; low profile keeps retainer inconspicuous. Use 28530 for recessed applications when dado is 1/8'' deeper than glass thickness. Use 92289 when glass is flush. Brown plastic. Supplied with #4 X 5/8'' round head brown screws.

I used these to hold a mirror in a door frame for my bathroom medicine cabinet and almost everyone one of them have broken within just a few years, so I'm not recommending these as a reliable retaining clip.

Great success with these retaining clips

Review Summary

These clip worked great for me unlike the previous reviewer. I installed these clips to retain a piece of 1/4" glass into a computer desk door which is opened and closed frequently. They install easy and were the only clips I could find that were concealed from exterior view that had only a 1/4" overhang. They have last six plus years and going strong.
