Description

This innovative shelving system recesses into the woodwork so it's almost invisible. Just cut a 1/4'' wide by 1/2'' deep mortise to install the 51'' long standards. Shelves adjust for 32mm or 1-1/4'' spacing. Standards made of durable brown plastic. Supports made from steel with a statuary bronze finish.

Note: With guidance from customer reviews, we changed the production process for the shelf standards - eliminating the issue of the holes not lining up. Standards no longer have to be trimmed to achieve proper shelf alignment.

sleek low profile look

Review Summary

I know most individuals install shelf pins but I wanted something different so I installed these low profile into a previously fabricated cabinet area so that I could have adjustable shelves. I had to router a groove into the wooden sides. They were relatively easy to install, once the groove was routed, I applied some yellow glue and inserted the low profile shelf standard, resulting in a near invisible look.

It is recommended that the groove be cut prior to fabricatation, however, in may case that wasn't an option. These are strong and have held up well.
