Worth the cost.

Review Summary

For what I paid this grinder does better than I had thought that it would do. The Vari speed really does what it should do. Slow when sharpening tools keeping them cool and not destroying the tempoer of the edge, and fast when removing material. I stands on a floor stand and is easy to move around to where it is useful. Lathe or work site or setup table, to keep tool very sharp.

Review Summary

I use this for creating a hollow grind for my bench chisels and plane irons. Using it at it's slow speed with aftermarket friable wheels is perfect for my use. Simple and dependable.
