Review Summary

I've been using these 2" screws( with glue) for many years now to assemble cabinet carcasses on sides that aren't showing. They have a self drilling tip and are self countersinking, with no pre-drilling required. I'm currently getting a thousand of these for around $17.00 dollars not the $34.50 listed here, from my local cabinet maker supply dealer(E.B. Bradley). They also work very well on real wood as well.
I recently did some charity work that involved making a step deck for an exit door from a manufactured home. I used these to fasten the 2 x 4's, near the end edges, and none of them split as would normally happen with other screws or nails. These screws save a lot of time an hassle and I highly recommend them. Although, I would recommend a longer length than 2" when fastening 2x 4's. Quick Screws makes these in all different sizes, lengths, and head styles. I,m not sure how these compare to the Spax screws that I also like, but they are much less expensive.
