this dust collector does a great job. I have had it for about 2 years and has not given me any problems. the only things that would make it better would be a 1 micron filter and a little better stand.

Review Summary

This may not be the most powerful dust collector in the world but for the money it dose a great job. These go on sale quite often so keep your eyes on the ads in wood magazine and your local news paper. My only complaint with it is that the base is a bit flimsy but I can live with that.

Review Summary

I bought this dust collector on sale and with a coupon that made it too cheap to pass up. Fortunately, there are multiple modifications available on the web that boost performance. I added a canister filter for around $100 and was blown away by the increase in airflow. This added to the cost of the unit but it still comes in well under the cost of similar units. I agree with the other reviewers about the base being flimsy, but usable.
