Review

High Points: ↑ Spindle-speed changes were easiest thanks to its variable-speed function and digital rpm readout.
↑ Accurate, easy-to-see, electrically powered cross-hair lasers make pinpoint bit placement easy. ↑ With extensions that reach a test-best 26" wide and a fence with a 1-3/4" dust port, this was our second-favorite table of 8 drill presses tested. Low Points: ↓ Its slowest speed is 400 rpm, nearly twice that of all but one machine in the test of 8. More Points: → We found it convenient most times to change bits with the keyless chuck, but high-torque boring resulted in stuck bits.
