WOOD magazine review

Small, lightweight, and effective

Review Summary

The term "Mini" can be deceiving, because these are the size of the original Quick-Grip clamps that've been around for decades. So they're not the tiny "Micro" clamps Irwin offers, but they're perfectly sized for lots of uses in a woodworking shop. They're lightweight (less than a pound for a 12" clamp) and only come in 6" and 12" lengths, but they're great for light-duty clamping.
These Minis topped out at 81 lbs average clamping force in our testing, but that's enough for securing jigs and fixtures and clamping small projects such as picture frames and jewelry boxes.
