WOOD magazine review

Ideal for light-duty clamping and work-holding

Review Summary

Comparable to the Irwin Quick-Grip Mini clamps, these DeWalt "medium" clamps come only in 6" & 12" lengths and showed the least amount of clamping force (72 lbs on average) in our test of 11 clamps. But that's okay, because they're still strong enough for clamping jigs and fixtures, holding a workpiece to a bench, or clamping small projects.
The jaws clamp parallel without the bar flexing, but the handles are just a half-inch or so shorter than we'd prefer, and the release lever is short and sometimes difficult to release.
