Review

While these clamps maintain parallel alignment during clamping and spreading, and also showed respectable clamping force (161 lbs on average), we just could never get used to the awkward style of the
inline handle. Rather than the traditional pistol-grip style, the DuoKlamp operates by placing your hand above or below the bar (depending on how you've oriented it). It just makes for an uncomfortable, awkward grip, but if this is all you have, you'll get used to it. One advantage this clamp has on all others is that you don't have to remove the fixed jaw to convert to spreader mode—you just flip a dial on the sliding jaw and it automatically moves in reverse.
