Easy-change chuck-in-a-chuck

My drill press has become much easier to use thanks to a keyless chuck I salvaged from a dead cordless drill. After removing the chuck from the drill, I simply threaded a ³⁄₈ ×2¹⁄₂ " steel bolt into my ³⁄₈ " keyless chuck and cut off the head. The bolt chucks into my drill press, making bit changes a breeze, especially for small bits. As an added benefit, when I change between small and large bits, I don't have to raise and lower the table height to allow for the difference in bit length; I just remove the keyless chuck and insert the longer bit.
