Makita's 4329K will be a more affordable $80, weighing just 4.2 lbs. It features a variable-speed, 3.9-amp motor (500-3,100 strokes per minute), three orbital cut settings as well as a straight setting, 2 9/16 inches of cut capacity, 11/16-inch stroke, and a base that bevels 45° right and left with a 90° positive stop. The 4329K also has a rear dust port that, when hooked to a vacuum hose, sucks all the dust and chips through the chute below the motor.
