For flawless glue-ready ripped edges, CMT's 30-tooth Glue Line Rip Blade (model #203.030.10) slices hardwood and softwood and leaves a pristine edge that doesn't need to be jointed. The rip blade technology uses a triple chip grind with a 12° hook angle. Combined with an industrial plate and thick micro-grain carbide teeth, the blade makes glue-ready edges in stock up to 1 1/4 inches thick. The blades are available in 8-, 10-, 12-, and 14-inch diameters. The 10-inch blade sells for $60.
