Sander: Stationary belt (vertical) and disc sander Purpose: Rapid removal of stock on edges. Applications: Sanding back to a line. Touching up miters and computnd agles. Chamfering or roundig dowel ends. Suggested Abrasives: 36- to 120-grit cloth-backed aluminum oxide.



Sander: Stationary belt (horizontal) Purpose: Rapid removal of stock on surfaces. Applications: Flattening small areas of face grain. General smoothing and truing. Shaping. Use end of belt as freehand drum sander. Suggested Abrasives: 36- to 120-grit cloth-backed aluminum oxide.



Sander: Stationary edge belt sander Purpose: Rapid removal of stock on edges. Applications: Smoothing edge grain. Sanding back to a line. Concave sanding on the open roller. Suggested Abrasives: 36- to 120-grit cloth-backed aluminum oxide.
