John cut a 3/4 x 18 x 36"MDF back panel for his grinder station, which matches the cleat-mounted cabinets and tool racks throughout his shop. He added a 3/8�3/4" dado cut 6" from the bottom end. "Into that, I inserted a 12"-wide shelf supported by two triangular gussets," John said. "I glued and screwed it together, then added the hanging cleat at the top and a spacer at the bottom."
