Now, you're ready to form both parts of a haunched tenon joint following the steps shown at right.

Choose your method for forming mortises -- a drill press equipped with a standard twist bit or a hollow chisel attachment, a plunge router and centering jig, or a mortising machine (our choice). When using this tool, bore at each end of the mortise layout with a 1/4" hollow chisel bit, then bore a series of holes in between, leaving a wall between adjacent holes. Finally, bore out the walls.

To get the complete article printed together to take to the shop, just "copy" on each section and paste each of them into a single document in your word processor and then print your new document.

The next page selection only applies to the comments. The additional pages of the article are list at the top where it says "pages in this story". This is different but easy to figure out.

To get hard copies just pick the page you want and press the "PRTSC" or (print screen). Then open a word document and "Paste". The page should appear and then you can "crop" it and resize. Press "enter" to move down one line. Add the next page in like manner.
