While not considered a "tool" by a number of people, a workbench is the most invaluable tool in a workshop. I don't remember seeing this mentioned anywhere in the flow of this article but feel that it should be placed high on the list of "tools for a woodworker". And the workbench should be of solid construction and design (this can be done without breaking the pocketbook).
