A lot of fitting and fiddling required here, for just one size finger joint. You'll need a completely new jig if you want to make different size fingers. You need to stress that making the guide pin fit the slot perfectly is extremely important- and never adjust the slot to fit the pin; adjust the width of the guide pin to fit the slot. Likewise, the spacing between the guide pin and blade must be set to exactly the same distance as the width of the guide pin.
