A Simple Decorative Pedestal Project

Put It On A Pedestal

Put It On A Pedestal

This one is simplicity itself. In fact, you'll likely spend more time waiting for the paint to dry than you will constructing the pedestal.

1. Cut the top and feet from 3/4" stock.

2. Rout dadoes for the feet, and glue them in place.

3. Sand, prime, and paint. (We sprayed on several coats of black enamel.) After the finish dries, glue four 3/8"-diameter felt discs to the bottom of the feet.
