The Dremel Driver is a 7.2-volt lithium-ion powerhouse disguised as a Star Trek phaser. Seriously, this mighty-mite can power-drive screws like it's a much bigger tool. Chuck Hedlund, WOOD Master Craftsman, put it to use in our shop right away building a white oak rocking chair, and he was amazed at how easily it drove the 26 long screws. (Granted, they were into piloted holes, but it was still impressive for such a small tool.) Chuck also used the Dremel Driver to remove screws and planks from a wooden fence to resurface the planks. He removed over 100 screws on one charge. The Dremel Driver features a magnetic hex-chuck, a 300-rpm motor, and comes with eight bits (flat, Phillips, square). It sells for $70, including the charger.
