60-minute tall cabinet

Assemble and save

When your garage makeover budget requires you to do some of your own assembly, you'll find that great directions, properly labeled parts, and complete hardware are a godsend. This cabinet clicked on all three key elements.

Case in point: All the nuts and bolts were clearly identified and shrink-wrapped to a cardboard card. "This went together way faster than we expected," according to Zac, the homeowner. "All the big parts were clearly marked with their letter and which direction was up.

"We figured we'd be messing around with the hinge alignment--the last step--for the rest of the afternoon. But we were wrapped up before my two-year-old finished her nap."

And the savings over a similar-sized Gladiator cabinet in the Premier series? About $130, or 37 percent--serious money.

Same ole same ole tired tips and projects....sure, just go out and buy some cabinets etc etc, money is no problem. And just how many "garage makeovers are you going to run? Your current magazine has over 37 pages of advertisements, ugh!
